~Pricing Guidelines~
Because every venue and event is unique, John King Productions / All Occasion Films will gladly arrange a FREE consultation with you to build your package based on your vision and your budget. However, we have listed a few basic guidelines for you to consider.
WEDDING MOTION PICTURE: JKP's minimum wedding day fee is $1,500.00. This fee includes up to eight (8) digital cameras with at least three of them manned. This is of course assuming that the venue will allow us to do so. We mic the Officiant, Groom, speakers and instruments to record on different tracks for superior sound quality. Three professionals will attend the rehearsal and arrive aprox. three hours early on the day of the ceremony to set up. We stay until the Bride and Groom have left the building. JKP will also take some still pictures for use in the Motion Picture Production. Also included is a Wedding Day Highlight presentation. JKP can also set any of your Engagement, Wedding, Shower and Baby Pictures in motion to your favorite music for an additional cost. What you choose to include on your Wedding Day DVD is only limited by your imagination, and we can even help with that. There is a non-refundable $100 deposit required to save the date. All Wedding packages include two (2) DVD's with custom cases and custom labels. Note: Ceremony only start at $950.00.
PHOTOS IN MOTION (Slideshows): Basic pricing for slideshows is $2.00 per picture (add $1.00 each if we scan your picture). Slideshows include music of your choice, custom titles, photo color correction and, if we scan them, a CD of your restored photos. All slideshow packages include two (2) DVD's with custom cases and custom labels.
ON LOCATION FILMING: JKP will come to your location, provide audio equipment that will enhance your live performance as well as the video of that performance. Just give us a call and we will be happy to meet with you and give you a quote.
Additional DVD's for your package are $20.00 each
